SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

Orders are processed in 2-14 business days (not including the day of order, Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. Government Holidays). The customer will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once their order has shipped. Please note that NDC Cosmetics has no control over the United States Postal Service (USPS) transit times.

Orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail and may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Shipping prices are based on USPS Priority Mail estimates and all orders include delivery confirmation (where available).

We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. Orders placed with a forwarding address may be automatically canceled by our system.

ā€‹

Please note that many of NDC Cosmetics' products are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures. Although this does not impact the efficacy of our products, it is important to collect your items in a timely manner upon arrival.

International Shipping

International orders may take 1-6 weeks to arrive depending on location; payment of duties and taxes may be required. 

ā€‹

International orders (outside the US) placed through NDC Cosmetics are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.

ā€‹

We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range between 20-50% of the total cost of goods. If duties occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. NDC Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.

If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.

Lost or Missing Packages

NDC Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or missing, we strongly advise to contact your local USPS center (United States Postal Service) to file a claim.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship orders placed with standard shipping through USPS. 

Orders to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are shipped using USPS only.

Return & Exchange Policy

ā€‹

Due to the nature of our products, returns, exchanges and cancelations are not accepted. Our products are not approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). NDC Cosmetics' products may or may not have the same results on everyone's skin. We do not issue returns or exchanges if the customer is unsatisfied with a fragrance or are allergic to an ingredient. NDC Cosmetics provides a complete listing of ingredients for each product. It is the customers responsibility to read and review ingredient listings. We do not provide medical consultations and we are not certified medical professionals. Please consult a medical professional if you have concerns. 

 

In the event that you receive an incorrect order, a broken or damaged product, please contact NDC Cosmetics' customer service (info@NDCCosmetics.com) within 30 days and include a photograph of the received order. NDC Cosmetics will replace the order within 24-72 hours. We want to make it right, so please contact us!
